Silent Skies creates an opportunity for self discovery through "Churches"

Music has a quiet fascination that doesn't tell you exactly how to feel. "Churches," the new track from Silent Skies leans into that cinematic space, delivering a purposefully open-ended experience. This  cinematic project is a collaboration between Tom S. Englund, vocalist of Swedish progressive metal band Evergrey, and Vikram Shankar, Los Angeles-based keyboardist of progressive metal band Redemption.

"Churches" by Silent Skies invites listeners to interpret its core concepts through poetic, metaphorical language. That openness is part of what makes "Churches" so compelling. Its themes can be seen as a love song between two parties, a conversation with your inner self, or something more personal and abstract. This cinematic approach enhances the music's immersive quality, appealing to fans of cinematic and progressive sounds.

"Churches" was written and produced by Englund and Shankar, and it continues to showcase their cinematic vision as they explore the spaces between sound, emotion, and introspection. This ongoing journey aims to inspire listeners and deepen their connection to the music's emotional landscape.
