Jade LeMac talks about the rollercoaster of emotions of new love in "Got Me Obsessed"

Vancouver singer-songwriter Jade LeMac is back with "Got Me Obsessed," her first release since her debut EP "Constellations." "Got Me Obsessed" was written by Jade Le MacPhail and Jason Arie Van Poederooyen, who also produced the track.

The new track captures the dizzying rush of falling for someone new, when excitement takes hold, and one person can suddenly fill every corner of your mind. It explores the overwhelming emotions that can come to life at the beginning of something new.

New relationships can make the ordinary feel heightened, and thoughts of the other person can become almost inevitable. "Got Me Obsessed" takes that rollercoaster of emotions and makes it the song's center, echoing the excitement and intensity behind its creation.

"Got Me Obsessed" is simple but powerful, the all-consuming rush of wanting someone, thinking about them all the time, and feeling like there is nowhere else you would rather be. Jade LeMac's latest release takes an intimate look at one of romance's most exciting stages, the highs and lows of new love.
